Ashima started her career as a trading analyst with Deutsche Bank in the European fixed-income markets. Post-MBA, she spent 5+ years with McKinsey & Co. across Healthcare, Financial Services and Logistics sectors. Some of the notable tech transformation journeys led by her include charting the path to 5x revenue for a multinational pharma CRO, achieving 40% y-o-y topline growth at a new-age logistics startup, and scaling SME lending business for a top private sector bank. Prior to joining Sorin, she was P&L Head for a key enterprise vertical at MediBuddy (a health tech startup) and steered the business towards EBITDA-positive margins during her tenure.
Ashima holds B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad, where she was a merit scholar during both the years.
